A few weeks ago I helped Stuart Stevenson of MPM in Wichita complete and tune an EMC2 controller on one of the machines used at his shop. He reports that it is now in daily use.
He took some photos of the completed machine to share with other EMC users. I understand he has plans to convert/resurrect several other machines using EMC2. The first on the list is a 20? foot tall horizontal mill. It should be a very interesting project. |
